Custom Machine Solution

Our customer came to us looking for a new solution to release a part that is epoxied to a holding fixture.  The original process was to sub merge the entire part and fixture in a dangerous hot water bath and the top load part process was not ergonomic for the operator.  KRC engineered a completely new machine to address resolve their issue and come up with a better solution.  Our design was to use focused hot air to for a short period to release the part from the fixture.  The result was a machine with ergonomic side load part design for multiple operator heights, quicker part and fixture separation times and the removal of the hot water safety concerns.
