The Goal

Our Customer had multiples of the same machines with identical foundations, tooling, fixturing and part programming.  We were able to rebuild and retrofit multiple machines and amortize the CNC retrofit software across all the machines to lower costs.  This remanufacture price ended up 50% - 60% of the cost of new, so it was like getting a 2 for one new machine deal
